The holiday apartment is located in a standig individually detached house, built in 1996 and is modern furnished. The property is located in a holiday home area, on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location. For common use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture, hollywood swing, fire place and court.
Location
Keszthely. The holiday apartement is located on a 100 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The holiday home is regularly disinfected with an ozone generator. The access goes via a side road (asphalted, length 200 m). Parking lot (for 1 car) on the property and the street in front of the house.

Upper floor: Eat-in kitchen (40 sqm, walk-through room) with 2 single beds, sitting area, TV, dining area (4 seats) and access to the balcony (20 sqm, garden furniture, 1 table, 6 chairs, 4 sunbeds, hollywood swing). Bedroom (20 sqm) with 1 double bed. American kitchen in the eat-in kitchen (10 sqm, walk-through room, not heatable) with TV, dining area (4 seats), (1 flame), electric stove (induction cooker, 2 plates), dishwasher, fridge (120 l, icebox), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, washing machine and access to the balcony. Separate toilet (2 sqm) with 1 sink and WC.

Very friendly hosts! A dear dog always welcomes you! Super Location! Near the bathing area! Barbecue is allowed to use! The apartment was really big and clean! Perfect for relaxing!

Very nice hosts, you felt welcome and at home immediately. We had booked both apartments for a trip with the whole family. The apartments are ideally suited for a larger group. In the front (south side) apartment, the tables from both apartments can be put together (which was immediately offered to us by the hosts).
