Description

Built in 2000 and renovated in 2012, the holiday home is modernly furnished. The property is located in a residential area. The domicile is also popular because of its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: lawn for sunbathing, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Location
Keszthely. The holiday home is located on an enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 3 cars) in the garage and on the property.

Special
Air conditioning, central heating (gas). Internet access (Wi-Fi) and washing machine. TV reception via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with smoke detectors.

Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from early June to mid-September, 3 m x 5 m, 1.5 m deep).

not allowed.

Shopping 500 m, restaurant 300 m, town centre 800 m. Railway line 600 m. In summer: Lake Balaton 1000 m in Keszthely. Golf in Balatongyorok 8 km. Keszthely: Horse riding 3 km and tennis 400 m.
