The holiday home, built in 2000 and renovated in 2012 is modern furnished. The property is located in a residential area. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing area, sun lounger, grill possibility, terrace and garden furniture.

Keszthely. The holiday home is located on a closed garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 3 cars) in the garage and on the property.
Special
air conditioner, central heating (gas). Facilities: internet access (WLAN) and washing machine. TV reception takes place via satellite.
Pool
Outdoor pool (3 m x 5 m, depth 1.5 m, for exclusive use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of June to mid of September.
Dogs
not allowed.

Shopping opportunity 500 m, restaurant 300 m, town center 800 m. Railway line 600 m.In summer: Lake Balaton with beach 1000 m in Keszthely. golf in Balatongyorok 8 km. Keszthely: horse riding 3 km and tennis 400 m.
