Description
The holiday apartment is located in a detached single-family house built in 1996 and is functionally furnished. The property is situated in a holiday home settlement on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is also popular because of its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use are: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, deck chair, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, hammock swing, campfire site, and courtyard.
Location
Keszthely. The holiday apartment is located on a 100 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. The holiday home is regularly disinfected with an ozone generator. Access is via a side street (asphalted, length 200 m). Parking (for 1 car) on the property and on the street in front of the house.

Air conditioning, central heating (gas), underfloor heating. Internet access (Wi-Fi), iron, washing machine and tumble dryer. Television reception via cable. German, French, English.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a smoke detector.

American kitchen in the eat-in kitchen (10 sqm, connecting room) with air conditioning, dining area (4 seats), (1 burner), electric cooker (induction hob, 2 rings), dishwasher, refrigerator (120 l, freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, washing machine and access to the balcony. All windows and external doors are fitted with insect screens. Bathroom (8 sqm) with bathtub, shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet, hairdryer and window. Separate WC (3 sqm) with WC.

Very friendly hosts! A dear dog always welcomes you! Super Location! Near the bathing area! Barbecue is allowed to use! The apartment was really big and clean! Perfect for relaxing!
