The holiday apartment is located in a detached house, was renovated in 2024, and is furnished in the typical local style. The property is situated in the town centre. The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property of the garden and its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use are: sunshade, sun lounger, terrace, pavilion, and garden furniture.

Gyenesdiás. The holiday apartment is located on a 600 sqm large, enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking on the property and the street in front of the house.

Air conditioning, central heating (gas). Internet access (Wi-Fi). TV reception via cable.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a CO2 detector and smoke detector.
Hygiene measures: Disinfectant and final cleaning with disinfection. Regional health guidelines are observed.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (in operation from early June to late August, diameter 4 m, 0.9 m deep).

Bedroom with 1 double bed and access to the balcony. Kitchen with gas stove, oven, refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and access to the balcony. Bathroom with bathtub, shower, and 1 washbasin. Separate WC with toilet.

We traveled with two children (7 and 1). The equipment of the accommodation was no longer contemporary, but clean and without defects. Not far from the accommodation was Lake Balaton, where very child-friendly beach baths were. In the immediate vicinity were plenty of shopping and restaurants.
