Gyenesdiás. The holiday apartment is located on a 200 sqm enclosed property, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. In this house, there is the apartment BAL GYE 046 (for 2-3 people) and BAL GYE 045 (for 4-5 people). This apartment is rented only to private individuals. Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

Air conditioning, central heating (gas). Internet access (Wi-Fi) and safe. Television reception via satellite. The accommodation has hypoallergenic pillows.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with smoke detectors.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early May to mid-September, can be heated, 5.5 m x 8 m, 1.6 m deep). Water depth: 145 cm.

The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not allowed on the premises.
Please ensure that quiet hours are observed, especially from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
