The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building and is modern and functional. The property is situated in a residential area. The domicile is also popular due to its sunny location. Available for shared use: sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, garden shower, barbecue facilities, and campfire site. Sports and therapeutic massage available on request.

Gyenesdiás. The holiday apartment is located on a 200 sqm enclosed garden plot, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Here you will find the apartment BAL GYE 046 (for 2-3 people) and BAL GYE 047 (for 4 people). This apartment is rented only to private individuals. Access is via a side street. Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

Air conditioning, central heating (gas). Internet access (Wi-Fi), safe, iron and ironing board. Television reception via satellite. German TV channels. The accommodation features hypoallergenic pillows.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with smoke detectors.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early May to early September, can be heated, 5.5 m x 8 m, 1.6 m deep). Water depth 145 cm.

Smoking is not allowed on the premises.
Please observe quiet hours, especially from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

View German

The pool with outdoor area, where a kitchen was, would be the highlight. The apartment was optimally equipped.
The landlords were very friendly and helpful.
