Description
The holiday home is modernly furnished. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet location. Available for use: sunshade, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture, and garden swing. Baby bathtub, high chair, and 2 playpens.
Location
Balatonfűzfő. The holiday house is situated on a 400 sqm garden plot with a lawn. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side street. Parking on the property.
Special
Air conditioning. High chair, Internet access (Wi-Fi) and washing machine. TV reception via satellite. German channels in the living room, in the bedrooms only channels in the local language.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a smoke detector.
Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from the end of April to the end of September, 5 m x 3 m, 1.2 m deep). Pool with cover. Pool opening hours are daily from 8 am to 8 pm.

American kitchen with TV, gas stove, dishwasher, refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and blender, another small refrigerator, electric bread knife. Bathroom with bathtub, washing machine and 1 washbasin. Separate WC with toilet.
Upper Floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 extra bed on bed (small 2.00 x 0.90 m) (suitable for under 11 years). 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and toilet. Separate WC with toilet.

House was nice, as described. But from 20 o'clock pool closed, no football in the garden on flowers watch out 21:30 o'clock to be quiet. Landlord constantly there, you feel watched even though he was nice. Table tennis impossible to play much too close to the pool, as well as the beach chairs. For children not much play opportunities outside, a great pity. Beach further away.
