Built in 2000 and renovated in 2018, the holiday home is a semi-detached house and modernly furnished. The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property of the lake and its quiet and sunny hillside location. Available for exclusive use: sunbathing lawn, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture, and courtyard. The landlord is happy to offer a sailing tour on Lake Balaton for the customer for a fee, at least 2 hours, maximum 11 people.

Balatonfűzfő, 100 m a.s.l. The holiday home is located on a 500 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Lake panorama. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 1500 m). Parking (for 3 cars) on the property and on the street in front of the house. 1 parking space on the property, 2 parking spaces in front of the house.
