Description
The detached holiday home built in 2014 is modernly furnished. The property is located in a residential area. The domicile is also popular because of its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture, porch swing, campfire site, dog kennel, and courtyard.
Location
Balatonfűzfő. The holiday home is located on an enclosed garden plot of 860 sqm with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 3 cars) on the property. Automatic doors and automatic garage door approach.

Air conditioning, central heating (gas, wood/coal), underfloor heating. Children’s toys, cot, high chair, internet access (Wi-Fi), iron, washing machine and tumble dryer. Television reception is via cable. German channels are available.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a smoke detector.
Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-April to mid-October, heatable 3 m x 6 m, 1.5 m deep). Pool sliding roof. The pool is bright, allowing you to use it at night. The water temperature is 28-34 degrees Celsius. The pool can be heated and cooled.

American-style kitchen with dining area (6 places), electric cooker (ceramic hob), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with bathtub with shower facility, shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet, hairdryer and window. Separate WC with washing machine, 1 washbasin, WC and window.

Wir waren zu fünft dort und hatten mehr als genug Platz. Das Ferienhaus war sehr sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet. Das absolute Highlight waren der private Pool und der überdachte Whirlpool. Abends konnte man wunderbar entspannt auf der Terrasse sitzen. Die Lage ist ruhig, trotzdem sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt.
