Description
The standig individually holiday home, built in 2010 is modern furnished. The property is located in a holiday home area. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the lake from the property and the quiet and sunny hillside location. For common use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture, hollywood swing and court.

Badacsony. The holiday home is located on a 1200 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. BAL BAD 006 (10 P) is in the attic. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 5 cars) on the property.

air conditioner, central heating (gas). Facilities: internet access (WLAN), Wii, iron and dryer. TV reception takes place via satellite.
Pool
Outdoor pool (4 m x 8 m, depth 1.5 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of June to mid of September.

We had a very nice holiday in a very spacious holiday home. The decor is rustic but well functionally. Especially good we liked that we were 2 bathrooms and a large swimming pool at your disposal. The owners live in the house and always welcome and were very friendly to us at your disposal.
