Description
The standig individually holiday home, built in 1998 and renovated in 2010 is modern furnished. The property is located in the center. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location. For sole use are available: parasol, children's playground, swing, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace and garden furniture.

Badacsony. The holiday home is located on a closed garden plot with meadow, bushes and trees, limited by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot on the property.

TV reception takes place via satellite.
Pool
Outdoor pool (2,5 m x 4 m, depth 1.2 m, for sole use). The pool facility can be used from mid of June to mid of September.
Dogs
allowed, EUR 12.00/pet per day.

Upper floor: 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 3 extra beds. Bathroom with shower, 1 sink and WC.

Negative: the pool area (circulating pump) was always in the rain. (Fuse / FI circuit breaker) A tenant without technical understanding would have had to spend hours without electricity for the whole house. We disconnected the power pool, and had electricity back for the cottage. The first repair by the owner was provisional. The next rain was nothing!

We were 4 adults and 3 dogs and were very friendly. Price-performance was absolutely ok. For some, the nearby railway line may be annoying, but we also live at home next to the railway line. It was a nice holiday again.
