The detached holiday home, built in 1998 and renovated in 2010, is modernly furnished. The property is located in the town centre. The residence is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: sunshade, children's playground, swing, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Badacsony. The holiday home is located on an enclosed garden plot with a lawn, shrubs, and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking on the property.

Air conditioning. Internet access (Wi-Fi). Television reception via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a smoke detector.
Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-June to mid-September, 2.5 m x 4 m, 1.2 m deep).

First floor: 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 2 additional beds on bed (small 2.00 x 0.90 m). Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.

The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not allowed on the premises.

Country-typical equipped and clean. Landlords are very nice.
Railroad track a bit strange, but good connection to Badacsony.

Negative: the pool area (circulating pump) was always in the rain. (Fuse / FI circuit breaker) A tenant without technical understanding would have had to spend hours without electricity for the whole house. We disconnected the power pool, and had electricity back for the cottage. The first repair by the owner was provisional. The next rain was nothing!
