The detached holiday home, built in 2000 and renovated in 2021, is furnished in the typical local style. The property is located in a holiday home settlement on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is popular also because of the view from the property of the lake and the quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use are: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture, porch swing, campfire site, and courtyard.

Badacsony. The holiday home is located on an enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. BAL BAD 023 is located on the ground floor. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 5 cars) on the property.

Air conditioning, central heating (gas). Internet access (Wi-Fi), Wii, iron, washing machine and tumble dryer. TV reception via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a smoke detector.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational mid-June to mid-September 4 m x 7 m 1.5 m deep).
