Welcome to the listed Old Village School Dolgen.
After a chequered history, I am now looking forward to welcoming you as guests as a large holiday home
The house is always let to one tenant only. The Alte Dorfschule is not rented out for celebrations or parties.
Minimum occupancy is 6 full-paying guests. Minimum rental period see rental price list.
There is room for a maximum of 16 guests.
There is a pool on the 4000 square metre property in summer.
There is a campfire site and many possibilities for games.
A rowing boat is available for you at the nearby Dolgener See. The facilities also include 6 bicycles.

Upon receipt of a 50% down payment of the total rental price and the return of this rental agreement signed by you, the booking becomes binding for both rental parties. You will then receive a confirmation copy of the rental agreement signed by the landlord. The balance is due 8 weeks before the arrival day. If no payment has been made by this day, the landlord is entitled to withdraw from the rental contract. In this case, the tenant is not entitled to a refund of the down payment made.

Very spacious, well equipped
The holiday flat is well suited for 2-3 families with children, very quiet, lots of space, lovingly and tastefully furnished. The kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired. There was more available than we expected. Moreover, as a guest here you really feel welcome.
