Welcome to the listed Old Village School Dolgen.
After a chequered history, I am now looking forward to welcoming you as guests as a large holiday home
The house is always let to one tenant only. The Alte Dorfschule is not rented out for celebrations or parties.
Minimum occupancy is 6 full-paying guests. Minimum rental period see rental price list.
There is room for a maximum of 16 guests.
There is a pool on the 4000 square metre property in summer.
There is a campfire site and many possibilities for games.
A rowing boat is available for you at the nearby Dolgener See. The facilities also include 6 bicycles.

Cancellation terms:
- Nach Zahlungseingang einer Anzahlung von 30% des Gesamtmietpreises und Rücksendung dieses von Ihnen unterschriebenen Mietvertrages wird die Buchung für beide Mietparteien bindend. Sie erhalten dann als Bestätigung eine vom Vermieter unterschriebene Ausfertigung des Mietvertrages. Die Restsumme ist bis 30 Tagevor dem Anreisetag zu zahlen. Sollte bis zu diesem Tag keine Zahlung erfolgt sein, ist der Vermieter berechtigt vom Mietertrag zurück zu treten. Der Mieter hat in diesem Fall kein Anrecht auf Rückzahlung der geleisteten Anzahlung, sollte für den gebuchten Zeitraum keine andere Vermietung mehr zu Stande kommen. Bei Rücktritt vom Mietvertrag durch den Mieter erfolgt die Rückzahlung der bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt geleisteten Zahlungen, wenn der gebuchte Zeitraum wieder vermietet werden konnte.

Very spacious, well equipped
The holiday flat is well suited for 2-3 families with children, very quiet, lots of space, lovingly and tastefully furnished. The kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired. There was more available than we expected. Moreover, as a guest here you really feel welcome.
