Description
At the end of 2017 the old carriage barn of the farm underwent an impressive transformation. The whole barn including the granary was rebuilt into four magnificent FarmersLofts
During the design of the four lofts, the original function of the farm was not lost sight of. It was built taking into account the past, which is reflected in the materials used, the colors and the tasteful furnishings. Not for nothing were the owners in 2017 the proud winners of the so-called "Zeeuwse Erftrofee".
On the ground floor of the cottage there is the living room with a cosy sitting area, the dining area and the open kitchen. The dining table made from original parts of the former grain machine deserves special attention. Here you can enjoy dinner with the whole family. The modern kitchen has of course a perfect and complete equipment.
This comfortable apartment is suitable for a family of 4 people. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one of them on the ground floor. Here is also the bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet. The whole ground floor has underfloor heating, so that a pleasant stay is also possible in the winter months.
In the upper floor with splendid video is the master bedroom. From this bedroom you have a view not only of the living part of the house but also of the surrounding countryside through the large windows.
The large revolving doors in the living room offer direct access to the covered terrace with adjoining garden and a large sunbathing lawn. The farm has ample parking for your car. Bicycles are safely stored under a roof.

"Hofstede Welland"; a magnificent example of restored old architecture. A boon for someone who wants to leave all the hustle and bustle behind without sacrificing luxury and comfort. Staying overnight on this monumental farm is a very special experience. Here you can enjoy all the peace and freedom of the Zeeland countryside.
We rent 4 farm Lofts and 2 chalets.
"Hofstede Welland" lies in the middle of the wonderful landscape of Zeeland just outside the picturesque village of Noordwelle. The lively Renesse is only two kilometres away from the holiday home. Here you will find numerous cosy restaurants and shops with souvenirs for your home. The area around Noordwelle is particularly suitable for hikers and cyclists. The polder landscape offers a magnificent environment with lots of charm all year round and every season. Are you looking for sun, sea and beach? The wonderful and spacious North Sea coast with wide and clean beaches is always nearby in Zeeland.

Tolles Loft
