After that, the obligation to reserve lapses. On the day of departure, the holiday home must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. The holiday home is rented with complete inventory. Furnishings may not be removed from the holiday home, even temporarily. Any damage to the property or shortages in the inventory that occur during the rental period must be replaced by the tenant at cost price, without proof of fault. Please observe the house rules provided in the holiday property. The rental price and the maximum occupancy of the apartments are based on the current price list. In the event of improper use of the holiday home, such as subletting, disturbance of the peace, occupancy by more than 4 people, etc., as well as non-payment of rent, the contract may be terminated without notice and the house must be vacated immediately. Pure relaxation
I was allowed to spend 3 weeks in the holiday home on the dike this summer. And I'll say it in advance: I had a great time there and felt at home from day one. In semi-detached house 1 you will find a stylish ambience that makes you want more and the sea. The open living area with kitchen (everything you need is available) and bathroom are located in the lower part of the house. Everything is in a well-kept, clean condition. Upstairs there is a small hallway and 2 adjoining bedrooms, each with 2 beds (double bed, 2 single beds), ideal for a family with 2 children. All over the house there are fly/ mosquito screens on the windows. It would be worth considering whether such a construction could also be integrated into the front door. A terrace completes the holiday home. In the adjoining garden there is the possibility to barbecue. If you are looking for an individual, relaxed holiday, you will feel very comfortable in the holiday home on the dike. I enjoyed my holiday there very much; the 3 weeks flew by and I would love to come back. But then with a car. The location of the holiday home between Dierhagen and Wustrow makes this necessary, although all destinations can be reached by bus or rental bike. As a suggestion, perhaps the provision of 2 bicycles per semi-detached house would be worth considering.

for a few years our second home
Great location, one feels comfortable in any weather, and one can relax well there. A very well-maintained property, and what stands out is the cleanliness and coziness of the house. The landlords are very friendly, and if there are any questions or a small problem, they are right there to help. For me personally, the short distance to the Baltic Sea, the beautiful beach, and the bike path are the greatest. We are 2 couples and 2 very small dogs and happily come back every year.
