We offer you a tastefully and functionally furnished holiday flat so that you can immediately feel at home even on holiday. The flat has 3 rooms and is suitable for 4 people. It is only about 150m from the wonderfully wide and fine sandy Baltic Sea beach. The flat has a sun terrace with an adjoining garden of approx. 400 m², a parking space and a bicycle shed.
The flat is fully equipped (incl. dishwasher, microwave, satellite TV, DVD player).

Location and surroundings of object

The apartment is located in an exclusive and peaceful resort located right behind the dunes. The distance from the apartment to the beach is only 200m. The center can be reached in 10 minutes on foot, by bike or by car in less time accordingly. Karl Hagen is located in the north of the island of Usedom. Usedom is statistically the sunniest island in Germany. The mile-long and wide sandy beach makes bathing a special fun. The original nature is ideal for hiking and cycling tours to long.
