VERY IMPORTANT; Bookable only for 2 - 4 people plus two small children beds available. Our holiday home is equipped with free Wi-Fi for our guests and our garden has a fence. We place great importance on ensuring you feel very comfortable in our houses as well as in our Haus Heidi. The house was awarded 4 stars in 2003. A 4-star comfort holiday home (semi-detached house) on the North Sea in the coastal resort Neßmersiel. For 2 - 4 people plus two toddlers. And additionally, a free-standing toddler bed for each bedroom. Child-friendly and also suitable for allergy sufferers due to laminate and tiles. Divided into ground floor and upper floor. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac. Ground floor: kitchen, living room, dining room, guest toilet, storage room, and hallway. Upper floor: two separate bedrooms, bathroom with toilet and shower. Equipped with two separate colors. - Sat - TV, Player, - system with CD player, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, coffee pod machine, microwave, high chair for children, crib, changing facilities, play corner, secured outlets, children's toys, garden furniture, a separate permanent garden grill, and many other useful things in and around the house. Neßmersiel is a small, up-and-coming coastal resort on the Southern North Sea. It is very quiet and very suitable for families with children. For both adults and children, there is a multifunctional center (called "Sturmfrei") with a sauna, dining services, cinema, golf simulator, climbing wall, bowling, and much more for young and old. Our season is divided into five price season categories. The price for the house includes electricity, water, heating, and Wi-Fi. Tourist tax must be paid on site. We can, of course, provide information by email.

Unfortunately not very hygienic
It hasn't been cleaned for a long time...
The baby bed is practically unusable, as the mattress seems to be disintegrating... unfortunately, everything is somehow dirty and uncomfortable.

Wunderschönes Haus
Perfectly equipped holiday home in a beautiful quiet location. We were 4 adults, a toddler, and a dog and felt very comfortable. We can only recommend this beautiful house!

House at the lighthouse.
House as described. Everything you need is available. It should be mentioned that the washing machine is not free. A coin-operated machine is available.
We all felt very comfortable and would come back again.
