House 3 double rooms + 2 bathrooms, guest toilet, pool 10 x 5m, garden, quiet, almost private, charming, romantic. Romantic chalet in a dreamy palm grove with a stunning view from the terrace on the 1st floor of the sea, the island of Cabrera, and the charming town of Colonia Sant Jordi.
The most beautiful natural beach in the Mediterranean is a stone's throw away, about 8 minutes by car.
The house, set within a 3000m² plot, has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a guest toilet.
Air conditioning is installed in all 3 bedrooms. The living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and the adjacent dining room with a glass wall (sliding doors) to the garden with a terrace and a beautiful 10x5m pool is a dream! Saltwater pool without additional chlorine! ! !
A large TV room with a huge collection of books and magazines invites you to dream and/or watch TV. LED flat-screen TV, satellite TV (D) and stereo radio, DVD+CD+Blu-Ray
Door to the pool and grill area.
Air conditioning is also installed here. The kitchen is well-equipped and entices cooking with multiple chefs.
Several large terraces also allow for 'being alone'.

The pool water can be heated via a large solar system on the roof of the chalet!!! When using the central heating for the pool water, an additional energy contribution of €100/week is required!

Various toys are also available for small children.
A laundry package is provided, which is changed once a week for stays of several weeks.
Additionally, a washing machine and dryer are available. The on-site support is personally tailored to you, we are happy to be your contact!
After an extensive dinner in one of the numerous and very good restaurants, you can afford the luxury of a taxi ride home, then pick up the car the next morning.
ATTENTION: The tourist tax / Ecotasa is paid by the landlord and is included in the price.
Only the data of the tenants is needed for registration! Since we have not yet been fully informed about the new law on collecting the personal data of each guest, starting in January, you will receive a form by email for each fellow tenant with the booking confirmation.

Location and surroundings of object
The chalet is situated 800 metres from the nearest beach and the village of Colonia Sant Jordi.
To the natural beach "Es Trenc" it is a little , on foot approx. 20 minutes
The chalet is situated within a plot of approx. ², the access is secured by an electrically operated steel gate (remote control)
This access road also serves as an entrance for the neighbouring house on the left, but there is no need to fear rental stress.

A great property / excellent on-site support
We have been booking holiday homes for our family for several years now. Here, you can immediately tell that it is a holiday home of an owner who enjoys being there himself. Nothing is missing! It is very well-kept, super clean, and has a very nice pool. My three children and we as parents really enjoyed spending our autumn vacation there. The care from start to finish by Otmar and his wife was very warm and super quick. Thank you both for your commitment! ! Of all the holiday homes we have rented so far, it is definitely in the top 3.
We would love to come back.

Dream vacation!!!
The house and garden with pool are incredibly beautiful!!! Nothing is left to chance here and it has been furnished with a lot of love for detail, very stylish and cozy.
A special thanks goes to Ottmar and Renate, who welcomed us very lovingly and warmly with delicious fresh fruit and cold drinks.
They leave no wish unfulfilled. Through their very loving and warm nature, we felt very comfortable from the first second!!!
Their excellent service is also reflected in the care and cleanliness of the property.
We will definitely come back.

Fantastic accommodation
The house is a dream.
We are going there for the third time now.
The holiday starts when you enter the finca.
Ottmar and Renate leave nothing to be desired and are immediately on hand for any problem, small or large.

Finca to relax
The pictures do not reflect the great interior as well as they did in reality. It is really cosy and invites you to stay. The outdoor area leaves nothing to be desired. It's great to drink wine together, but you can also stay out of the way all day. The pool with the salt water is brilliant, no chlorine smell and no skin tightening after the bathing fun. All in all, it was a great, relaxing holiday with great service.
