additional information about rental price:
| Heating is charged according to consumption (from May-September the heating is off and is only switched on on request), from October-April a lump sum of 50 euros/night is charged in advance in the booking (overpaid money is paid back with the deposit, underpaid heating costs are deducted from the deposit). Cancellation terms:
Here is the translation to English: If you cancel up to 3 weeks before arrival, the deposit will be retained until another guest takes over the period you booked (the outstanding balance will not be due in this case). If you cancel within 3 weeks before arrival (and the balance has already been paid), the total amount will be retained until another guest takes over the booked period. If you do not arrive despite payment, only the already paid additional costs and the security deposit will be refunded. In the event of a tourist travel ban in Schleswig-Holstein, all rental payments made will be refunded. Please do not use firecrackers or rockets over New Year's Eve; the local wildlife will thank you.

due to the enormous size and value of the house, we ask for understanding with the following information: it is not suitable for groups to party, no youth groups, a setting up of beer taps is not allowed, pets (many holiday guests suffer from allergies) are not allowed and from 10 pm please keep quiet outside, please do not enter the living room with street shoes, slippers or socks with pimples please bring, thank you !
