The Villa Marisol is almost identical to the Villa Banjole on our site with very little difference in interior and furniture and is located 50 meters from the sea
Villa Marisol is located within walking distance of the beach and is an excellent choice for those who want to spend a holiday in a large new villa with pool near the sea. Villa Marisol can accommodate up to 8 + 2 guests. In the villa there are 4 bedrooms with bathroom en suite, living room and fully equipped kitchen with dining area. You can relax in the green garden with private pool, lying on sun loungers and enjoy the sun beauty or you can also prepare specialties on charcoal grill for your friends. If you want to go to the beach just take your towel and in a few minutes walk you are on the beach but also within walking distance there are amazing restaurants. The Villa Marisol is air-conditioned, has WiFi, private parking for 3 cars and offers everything for a pleasant holiday.

Location and surroundings of object

Banjole is a village near Medulin and Pula. The village of Banjole is the perfect place to enjoy the sea. A good choice for young and middle-aged people. There are a variety of beaches you can spend time on, a variety of restaurants, such as the famous fish restaurant - Batelina. We recommend to visit the nature park Rt. Kamenjak 3 km from Banjole with its lush vegetation, sea and white rocks. There you will find many hiking trails, or you can drive by car from bay to bay, peace and quiet are guaranteed to drive. This is an impressive environment with super clear water and shade all around. Medulin is a tourist village 3 km from Banjole full of life with restaurants, bars, nightclubs, family park, sand and rock beach.

Deposit of 30% at the time of reservation. The 70% balance must be transferred 4 weeks before arrival or paid in cash upon arrival.

You will receive a full refund if you decide to cancel dues to border closures at the time of your cancellation request up to 30 days before your holiday starts. In the event of border closures up to 29 days before your vacation begins, the agency is obligated to issue a voucher for the amount paid by the traveler. - The traveler must use this voucher within 18 months from the date of issue of the voucher for the originally booked accommodation. - If the originally booked accommodation is not available at the desired time, there is an option to switch to an alternative accommodation. - New accommodations must be in the same price range as originally booked. * Only valid for new bookings from (01.01.2021) without a voucher or discount code The FREE COVID-19 cancellation conditions apply to all bookings until September 30, 2022, for stays from April 1, 2021, to October 31, 2022.
