Newly built holiday flat "Apart Seegras" available from June 2019 in the centre and in the immediate vicinity of the main beach, the holiday flat is located in an absolutely top location in a modern and high-quality holiday home with 11 residential units. The two-room, light-flooded holiday flat "Apart Seegras" has a size of 65 m² and is located on the first floor, which you can reach via a lift. The exclusive "Apart Seegras" was designed to be barrier-free, and the same applies to the high-quality sanitary fittings in the bathroom. From the living area as well as from the bedroom you have direct access to the large south-facing terrace, which has a beach chair and two sun loungers. The bedroom has a double bed of 180 cm width, in the living area there is also a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a Nespresso coffee machine.

Holiday flat "Apart Seegras
We have been coming to Büsum for what feels like a lifetime and with this flat we have now found one where we all feel very comfortable!
The location can't be topped... you're right in the middle of it all, you can quickly fetch bread rolls or go to the beach, but it's still very quiet
In addition, we have a special situation that does not always make it easy for us to find a suitable flat with a wheelchair and dogs. But thanks to the super nice landlord, it is now possible for us to spend a super nice holiday with our dogs and aids (care bed etc.) on site! Thank you very much for that!
In autumn we will come to you for a third time and are already looking forward to it!

Great vacation rental
Highly recommend without reservation. Great central location yet still peaceful. The balcony is huge. The beach chair is very comfortable.

A dream in the center.
The holiday apartment is really great, everything you need is there and lots of space everywhere. Parking right in front of the door.
And now for the highlight: The balcony is really amazing - huge with really good furniture, and a beach chair.
We can only recommend this apartment.
