Description
The Mediterranean-style house has a living room with dining area and fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor
(induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washing machine).
In the living room there is a flat screen TV (SAT TV with German and French programmes) as well as a stereo system with USB and mobile phone connection (iPhone adapter required).
In front of it is a large conservatory with table and 4 cosy garden armchairs. From there you have access to the large terrace and a beautiful view of the nature reserve La Clape.
A bedroom on the ground floor with 2 single beds (90x200).
One bedroom upstairs with a double bed (2 mattresses each 80x200).
The bathroom with shower and toilet, which was completely renovated in 2018, is also located on the upper floor. (Picture see our homepage)
The kitchenette was completely renewed in 2020.
Through regular renovations, we ensure a modern and well-kept ambience.
WLAN / INTERNET and a safe are available.
Rental prices: May-June, September: 570 euros, July-August: 890 euros, other times: 370 euros.
