Description
This magnificent, luxurious holiday home for 4 people has 2 bedrooms each with its own bathroom. It is located near the centre of Haamstede, the woods and the beach. On the ground floor there is a cosy living room with open kitchen, equipped with all comforts. The master bedroom with the first bathroom (shower, WC and washbasin) is also on the ground floor. The second bedroom with the second bathroom (shower, WC and washbasin) is on the first floor
Outside there are three terraces where you can enjoy the sun or shade. There is also a small shed for storing your bicycles.
The house is located far behind on our property, on 850 m2, surrounded by nature and with an orchard as backyard. Parking is not a problem, there are plenty of parking spaces available. The ideal holiday home with plenty of privacy for optimal enjoyment!

Location and surroundings of object
The house is situated in the middle of a nature reserve and the centre of Haamstede is within walking distance.
The beach is less than 2 km away and the forest is 500 m away. By bike to the beach in Westenschouwen? That's not a problem, because you'll be there in 15 minutes. The "Verklikker" beach behind Nieuw-Haamstede is about 10 minutes away by bike.
Burgh-Haamstede is a cosy village with beautiful restaurants and cosy terraces. In the surroundings you can walk or cycle through the forest or on the beach. For other sporting activities you can visit the sports centre Westerschouwen, the climbing forest "Zeeuwse Helden" or the Golfhof Molenberg.

After your reservation you will receive an e-mail with the invoice and the general terms and conditions. Reservations are only final upon receipt of 30% of the total rental price (without deposit). This must be paid within 2 weeks after receipt of invoice. The balance must be paid at least 6 weeks before arrival. |

The cancellation must always be made in writing. In the event of a cancellation, the tenant owes a fee. This amounts to: - In case of cancellation between 6 and 4 weeks before the arrival date: the deposit (30% of the agreed price.) - In case of cancellation less than 4 weeks (from the 28th day) before the arrival day: 100% of the agreed price.

The sofa bed for 2 persons in the living room makes it possible to sleep with 6 persons. The additional cost for a 5th and / or 6th person is € 15 per person per night.

Beautiful relaxing week in a cozy house
We had a great time in a quiet yet central location. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the landlords Rudi and Jeannette. The house was simply perfect and lovingly decorated. We lacked for nothing. We felt completely comfortable and would gladly come back next year.

Relaxing days in Burgh-Haamstede
A warm welcome in a lovingly, cozy and fully furnished holiday home. Even bicycles were available. Beautiful quiet location and a good starting point to the dunes and the sea. Highly recommended!

Spent a very nice time ...
... we had a very nice vacation there, our hosts (Rudie & Jeannette) were always there when we needed something. There was a small shed where we could store our bikes, even in September/October we could sit at the table and on the chairs outside on the terrace. The location is perfect, grocery stores are easily accessible by bike and also on foot. We would love to come back to Rudie & Jeannette.

Our favorite place
It is a dreamy place to go on holiday. If you love peace and relaxation, this is the right place for you. Shopping facilities on site and short distances to the beach by bike.

That's how vacation works!
The vacation begins with the warm welcome from the landlords. Two weeks of pure relaxation in a beautiful and lovingly furnished house. Those who love peace and quiet are in good hands there. Everything was perfect and we are already looking forward to the next time!
