Villa Gloria is situated in a quiet village in Istria near the sea (only 8 km). The private pool of 24 sqm is in a huge private garden of 1080 sqm. The garden is completely fenced and safe for children, with swing set, trampoline, children's slide, a small toy house for children, sun loungers around the pool and parasols.
A barbecue area is above the pool, with a stone grill and a large dining table.

The house is beautifully and modernly furnished. The ground floor has three bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet, living room, kitchen and dining room. The first floor has another bedroom and bathroom. The cellar has a very well equipped gym and games room - with fitness equipment, table tennis, table football, billiard table and an electric dartboard.
