The house is a characteristic property situated in the Tuscan countryside and immersed in the green heart of the Maremma, geographically embraced to the west by the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Follonica and to the east by the green hills.
It is a very convenient solution for relaxing summer holidays, in the name of peace and practicality and, thanks to its 1500 square meters of exclusive garden and entirely fenced, in full contact with nature.
The property consists of double bedroom and wardrobe, living room with comfortable double sofa bed with comfortable mattress of 15 cm.

Beautiful holiday season
Many thanks to Nik for the great accommodation. It is a large property, which is completely enclosed. Nice lawn with lots of trees and bushes. Perfect for a great time. Everything was just right here:
The location is very good for everything: bathing, hiking, eating out, shopping, etc. The landlord is extremely friendly and helpful. Landlord is extremely friendly and helpful and always answered questions quickly from the start.
The garden is large and fenced, ideal for a holiday with a dog. We could write a lot more positive things, but that would take too long and we can't think of anything negative, except that the holiday was far too short, but we will definitely come again.

Very beautiful, clean, and comfortable house with a large and well-kept garden.
The house is perfect for those with children and dogs. The garden is well fenced, very well maintained, and equipped with every comfort. The interior is also very tidy, clean, and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable.
The house is in a great location to reach beautiful beaches, also suitable for young children.
The owner is always available and very kind. We had a great time and highly recommend it to those looking for relaxation, surrounded by the countryside, but also very close to a beautiful sea.
