In the event of such a withdrawal, the landlord may claim compensation as follows: - Withdrawal up to 45 days before the start of the rental period – 10% of the rental price - Withdrawal 44 to 22 days before the start of the rental period – 30% of the rental price - Withdrawal 21 to 12 days before the start of the rental period – 60% of the rental price - Withdrawal 11 days before the start of the rental period up to the start of the rental period – 80% of the rental price The tenant is expressly permitted to provide evidence that no damage has occurred or that the damage is significantly less than the lump sum. The tenant has the right to provide a substitute tenant who will take over the apartment in full. If the rental of the holiday apartment is prohibited on the basis of official orders, the accommodation contract will be canceled free of charge; any deposits already paid will be refunded.
