Description
This beautiful holiday flat "right at the top" looks out over the sea between the spa house and the beach villa!
You can reach the living room on the fourth floor via a comfortable spiral staircase
It is equipped with a fireplace, TV and stereo with CD player.
The fully glazed window front on the seaside offers a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea
On the south side you enter a furnished balcony
Bathroom, kitchen and bedroom are on one level (third floor.)
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave etc
From the kitchen you access a balcony with sea view
A bit of the sea also peeps into the bedroom
Cot and high chair are included by arrangement
The couch in the living room can be used for 1 child
Please note that the extra bed is placed on the seat of the couch (no pull-out function).
The beautiful bathroom offers you a shower, hairdryer and a wide washstand.
Smoking is not permitted in the holiday flat. Please use the balconies for this purpose
Of course, there is a lift in the house
The flat comes with a free parking space in the car park at Proraer Chaussee 5.

Villa Jahreszeiten looks out over the water between the houses in the first row. Centrally and quietly located, you can reach the beach and beach promenade in just a few steps. The centre of Binz with its promenade, shops, restaurants and bakeries is only a stone's throw away.
The mussel flat is a wonderful domicile for your Baltic Sea holiday.

wieder Binz
We stayed in the shell apartment 2 years ago and now we spent great Easter days in Binz and slept very well in the new bed, and it looks like the bedroom was even freshly painted ;-)

Zentral in Binz
The apartment is centrally located in Binz, as we arrived by public transportation, it was very important for us, we didn't need a remote parking spot this time. We have been to Binz once before years ago - it was hardly recognizable.
