Description
The living area is on the first floor. On the front side there is the large living room with a cosy TV sitting area where you can relax in the wonderful relaxing armchairs.
Adjacent to the living room is the large open kitchen, which is equipped with all amenities (see tab Features), and here is also a cozy dining table and in the corner a small desk.
From this room, located at the back of the house, you can enter the flowery terrace, where you can enjoy the lounge set to round off the evening after a beautiful holiday.
On the second floor there is the open bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe, a modern whirlpool with shower, a washbasin and the toilet. A washing machine is also available on this floor.
There is a separate toilet in the garage. Compared to the rest of the apartment it is not yet completely finished, but you can also use this toilet.
You have free internet access in the house and, as already mentioned, you can park your car in the garage. There is also a visitor pass with a blue parking disc, which allows you to park 3 hours free of charge in the street.
