Casablanca Denia

Amazing holiday home in great location close to the beach and some excellent local bars and restaurants. The home is in a quiet gated urbanisation with lovely gardens and a pleasant pool. The home was spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished. it is equipped to the the highest standards and has everything you could possibly need for your holiday and much more. I would 100% recommend this property.

There is nothing missing!!!

Actually, we shouldn't draw attention to this destination as competition! But the landlords are so helpful and nice that we restrain our selfishness. The apartment is equipped with everything one could wish for. Unbeatable! The pool and terrace invite you to chill out. The sea is close by! We have been there for the 4th time and always secured our next vacation on the day of departure.

Beautiful house with every comfort you can imagine and decorated with a lot of love. We have never had such a beautiful house before. Top well-maintained and clean. Kitchen facilities excellent. There really is nothing missing. German TV programs / WiFi. Great modern interior. Nice small terrace with comfortable chairs and loungers. 2 bedrooms on the first floor with comfortable beds. Very well-kept garden with communal pool. Good location near a cycle path that leads directly to Denia. Nearest shops about 1.2 km away, great pizzeria around the corner. To Denia about 3.0 km.

Very friendly manager - Mrs. Franke - also provides detailed information.

Nice contact with the owner family - Mrs. and Mr. Parchmann - we felt at home in your house and will definitely come back - thank you for everything.

We felt very comfortable in the house from the first day. The handover, as well as the return of the house, was really great. Punctual and nice, simply top. Beautiful to feel good

We have been in your house for four weeks now and have always felt very comfortable. Starting with the nice conversations between you, Mrs. and Mr. Parchmann, to the care during the stay by the head of administration, Mrs. Franke.
The house is equipped with everything you could wish for. Nothing was missing.
All rooms are heated and air-conditioned. The very tastefully furnished house was always a pleasure. One simply feels at home.
We hope to visit this property again.
Thank you for the welcome niceties, we didn't have to go out and shop immediately, everything from flower arrangements to chilled drinks was in stock.

Wunderschöne & perfekt ausgestattete Wohnung

The holiday apartment is equipped with great attention to detail (from atmospheric candles to beach/pool accessories, washing machine, kitchen with everything you can imagine, to mosquito nets & air conditioning in every room), so that no wishes remain unfulfilled.
With the pool directly in the garden in front of the terrace, you can spend hot midday hours in the shade, but also relaxing sun hours on the sunbed in the garden. You can walk to the beach in just 5-10 minutes, and bakeries, beach bars, and small shops are also easily accessible on foot.

For family shopping with fresh fish and typical Spanish supermarket offerings, a 5-minute drive is necessary.

We stayed there with children (4 & 9) and had both relaxing days at the house/pool/garden and lovely hikes (Montgo & coast) and trips (Denia/Altea/Valencia). Having a car on site is recommended for this. Due to the on-site support by an agency, arrival & departure are uncomplicated & they are also available for questions. Additionally, the landlords from Germany seek contact and are very concerned about the well-being of their guests.

The accommodation is incredibly detailed and stylishly furnished, it immediately gives a comfortable feeling, and upon entering the apartment, it is possible to "switch off". A very beautiful and great vacation in a super nice holiday home that leaves nothing to be desired. The furnishings are very tasteful and harmonious. The holiday resort is great, centrally located yet quiet. Simply sit on the beautiful terrace and enjoy the peace. The surroundings are also very beautiful. The beach is very large and extensive. Denia is a great city not far away but also a great green nature where you can go cycling very nicely. Kilometers through orange and lemon plantations, through small local villages. Beautiful harbor and a great old town, with many beautiful cafes, bars, and restaurants. We felt comfortable all around, had a great time in the beautiful holiday home, and will definitely come back.

A beautiful and very harmoniously furnished holiday home. You arrive and immediately feel comfortable. So lovingly decorated and a great equipment. The location is very good and central but at the same time also quiet. The beach is very close, the great city not far away, and there are so many leisure opportunities for young and old. Beautiful holiday days in CasaBlanca

Everything in this house is of excellent quality, from kitchen appliances to terrace furniture, Weber grill, air conditioning in all rooms, or sound systems. An elegant yet cozy decor that immediately makes you feel at home. For someone who enjoys cooking, the kitchen equipment and setup are worth highlighting. Nothing is missing and everything is spotlessly clean. On the terrace with a view of palm trees and the pool, you can spend entire days. Even the excursions to the surrounding area, whether by bike or car, were beautiful. In very high temperatures, the way to the beach can be a bit long if you don't have a car. But actually, this is not a drawback. All in all: great, highly recommended. Thank you very much.

Great house, you feel at home

Just packing your suitcase and going. In the house, everything is available, every kitchen utensil you can imagine, games and toys for the children, music box, complete equipment for a beach trip, and so on. You really don't need to bring anything, just your clothes and off you go, we were so pleasantly surprised, the house's equipment was just great. Local contact simply top. Garden area top. Beach top. Very nice holiday apartment, lovingly furnished, clean, well equipped with everything you could wish for. From cocktail shaker, all sorts of glasses, champagne cooler, various games and books. . . even a cool box and beach/sun loungers were provided, with which we really didn't expect. Pool is very clean, cleaned and checked daily. Overall, a very well-maintained complex. Thanks to the palm trees and the construction, it is very comfortable in the complex even at high temperatures, and you can always find a shady spot under the palms :-) The landlords are very friendly, and the reception and on-site support were attentive. Once again, thanks for the nice welcome basket with snacks - a very kind gesture and a lovely welcome culture.

A very beautiful and tastefully decorated holiday apartment. The superb equipment leaves nothing to be desired. Also, a great service upon arrival, where water bottles, coffee, a large bowl of goodies, and more are provided. It is very nice that you can arrive in peace without having to immediately go shopping. The apartment looks just as beautiful as in the photos on the website. Many small and loving details, you can only feel good there. We also slept very well, very comfortable beds. An extensive and beautiful information booklet with all information about local doctors, restaurants, culture, leisure, and various excursion possibilities is also available. The Parchmann family has really thought of everything and put in a lot of effort and thought to ensure that guests can feel comfortable and nothing stands in the way of a relaxing holiday. We really felt at home and can highly recommend this apartment. We would love to come back. Thank you very much for the beautiful and relaxing days.

Wonderful holiday in the holiday home "Casa Blanca"

A successful vacation is known to be always inseparably linked to the holiday home. "Casa Blanca" in Dénia had a considerable share in our wonderful vacation in February in this magnificent region. On the day of arrival, we were perfectly acquainted with the lovingly furnished, impeccable, and sparkling clean house. From the very first minute, we felt comfortable. Not only did the landlords prepare a basket with a culinary arrangement for us, but they also provided refreshments, a water supply, and all daily care products. We consider this exemplary hospitality and it could serve as a reference for other landlords. Renting out a holiday apartment in the Eifel ourselves, we know what we are talking about. We are "cold blooded" and therefore appreciated the quietly functioning heating options in the house. In the Mediterranean region, this is not necessarily a given, and in February, it can already get uncomfortable in the evenings - even in the south. In "Casa Blanca" it was always "cozy" warm. The perfect location of the holiday home with a "feel-good guarantee," the professional organization, the fantastic region, the charming Dénia, the wonderful weather... it couldn't be better. Bull's eye! 100% recommendation

We would like to thank the landlords for the friendly, smooth process and the nice service on site.
The so-called starter package is very extensive and not necessarily usual. When we arrived we found, for example: Water for drinking/cooking, coffee, tea, biscuits, soap, washing-up liquid, toilet paper and much more.
The house was spotlessly clean and comfortable.
The gorgeous gardens and pool are very well kept and quiet.
The beautiful sandy beach, restaurants and bakery are within walking distance. (Baguette and croissants in the shop on the left at the beach access very recommendable)
For these reasons, we have booked again for next year and are already looking forward to our next holiday in Denia

We have rarely lived in such a beautiful, tasteful, and lovingly furnished vacation apartment. This apartment is equipped from A to Z with everything, everything has been thought of here. Even water, Sprite, and cookies for the kids, as well as a cup of coffee for the first morning, were already prepared. This is how the vacation can begin. Although we arrived in Denia much later than planned due to a considerable delay in the plane, we were warmly welcomed by the Homeservice Calvo, who also handled the key handover and instructions. We were very pleased with the complimentary fruit basket and water provided for the first few days as a welcome gesture. The house is very comfortable and tastefully decorated, we felt right at home. The equipment is really extensive, the kitchen is stocked with everything you can imagine. The beds/mattresses are very good, we slept wonderfully. We also managed very well with the heating options, it's not far to the shopping facilities and the beach. We are very satisfied and look forward to coming back soon!
