Very disappointing
The location and size of the apartment were very good. It is fenced and has a small garden, which was very pleasant with a dog. The old town with various sights, shopping options, and public transport is very close by. A large park is quickly reachable on foot, where you can also take nice walks with a dog. The apartment corresponds to the pictures on the website. Despite the villa being on the street, the apartment is very quiet. The new bed was very comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with all the important things. We were on site for nine days and had one large bath towel and one small towel per person, which we found a bit insufficient for the duration. The internet crashed repeatedly, so you had to log in again. The heating worked well. The water in the apartment also warmed up very quickly. Watching TV was not possible, only Netflix worked. Unfortunately, the apartment is in such a catastrophic state in terms of cleanliness that it cannot be recommended at all. All rooms were so dirty and soiled that it gave the impression that they had not been cleaned for a long time. Especially the kitchen and the bathroom were really bad. All the dishes and cutlery had to be cleaned from old food residues and grease before use. The ceiling in the bathroom was so dusty that one could write on it with a finger. Additionally, the tiles in the shower were moldy. When we addressed this with the host, we were at least refunded the cleaning fee. All in all, the apartment is in a very dilapidated condition and needs to be thoroughly cleaned before it should be rented out again. Therefore, unfortunately not recommended.
