Description

Each half of the house is very spacious and offers approx. 110 sqm of living space. It is fully equipped for 7 people with 4 bedrooms (2x double bed, 1x 2 single beds, 1x 1 single bed). An extra bed for one additional person (guest bed) is available on request for an extra charge. On request, a Hauck baby bed and a high chair can be provided free of charge for a baby (up to 2 years). The house is fully equipped with underfloor heating. On the ground floor, an open living/kitchen area of approx. 40 sqm is at your disposal. The two cozy sofas are perfect for relaxing or watching TV. The extra-large dining table invites you to enjoy meals together. In the kitchen, you will find everything you need for cooking and enjoyable dining, from casserole dishes to corkscrew to lemon squeezer. Microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, stove with ceramic hob, and oven are also available.

The large windows and doors flood the entire area with daylight. Of course, these can also be closed with shutters. Additionally, the ground floor has a bathroom with an extra-large walk-in shower, a toilet, and a washbasin. The upper floor has 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), one with two single beds (90 x 200 cm), and one with a single bed (90 x 200 cm). On this floor, you will also find a large bathroom with shower, modern washbasin, towel dryer, and drying rack. In the attic, there is another bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm). The attic also has a bathroom with a washbasin and toilet. A hairdryer is of course also available.

Furthermore, we have equipped the house with many small but useful things such as books, games, and more. We have also considered the safety of our little guests and installed a stair gate. The power outlets are also fitted with child safety covers.

If it gets too warm at the beach, you can relax in the garden. There is always a quiet corner to be found. On the terrace, an awning provides shade from the sun, garden furniture and a sun umbrella are available, and there are garden loungers for relaxing. In the communal area, we have provided a spacious seating area and a built-in barbecue for cozy evenings. Of course, each half of the house also has its own barbecue.

For excursions in the area, we can usually provide you with 2 bicycles (for a small fee) through the caretaker. You can store your own bicycles or beach equipment in a lockable wooden shed.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

The stated prices refer to one semi-detached house! The second identical half can be booked additionally if you wish to come with more than 7 people.

Unfortunately, due to current circumstances, we must point out that the maximum number of persons per half is 8. This also includes babies. It is neither possible nor legally permitted to occupy the house with more people. Therefore, we kindly ask that you do not send inquiries for more than 8 people.

However, if you need a smaller house for 6 people or even just an apartment for 4 people, please feel free to inquire, as we manage other properties as well.

Great location, house functional

A purposefully furnished, somewhat outdated holiday home that lacks coziness in many places. Those looking forward to the fireplace will unfortunately be disappointed; it is sealed and cannot be used. The lack of Wi-Fi did not go over well with the teenagers and is also outdated, especially since most houses in the Dunes Residence are equipped with it. The location is great, and the terrace and garden are spacious. The landlord is not very accommodating in the difficult time caused by Corona.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Die Coronanzeit war leider für uns alle sehr schwierig.
Beim Internetanschluss ist man leider von der "Gnade" der Telekom abhängig, auf der Insel einen Anschluss zu bekommen. Das war leider bisher nicht möglich, wir kämpfen aber weiter. Wir verstehen Ihre Entäuschung beim Betreten des Hauses einen Kamin zu sehen, aber nicht nutzen zu können. Die Nutzung ist leider aus bautechnischen (unzureichende Frischluftzufuhr) und daraus folgend haftungsrechtlichen Gründen nicht gestattet. Deswegen ist der Kamin weder im Inserat noch im Mietvertrag erwähnt.
Wir würden uns freuen, wenn Sie unser Haus nochmal mieten würden.

Nachtrag 2026:
Was lange währt wird gut ...Endlich wurde ein Anschluss gelegt und ab sofort steht unseren Gästen ein WLAN zur Verfügung.

Nice location - less good landlord

Very nice location, practical furnishings. Fireplace is available but must not be used. W-Lahn is missing.

Landlady is unaccommodating, cancellation due to Corona is only possible at extremely short notice, as the legal situation may still change....
