The swimming pool and gazebo, equipped for outdoor lunches and dinners, provide ideal spots for relaxation, while children can play safely. The interior spaces are organized into separate units with shared common areas, making the villa perfect for families or groups of friends. Guests can enjoy time together without compromising privacy. The location allows for a perfect balance between beach days and countryside excursions. The towns of Fano, Marotta, and the famous Senigallia are all within 16 km of the villa. Nature and sports enthusiasts will appreciate the numerous trails for walking, cycling, or horseback riding, including the charming eco-cultural itinerary of the Valle dei Tufi, which winds through vineyards, olive groves, tuff walls, and historic villages.
The villa is on two floors. On the ground floor there is a large living room with fireplace as decoration only, a kitchen with direct access to the garden, a bathroom with shower, a laundry area, two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom. Through an external access, you can access the first floor where there are two apartments, both composed of living room-kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom with shower and loft area with two single beds.

SAN COSTANZO
San Costanzo is known as the “balcony of the Adriatic Sea” and the “town of a hundred lakes”. It is set at about 150 metres above sea level, between the valleys of Metauro and Cesano, on a hill that dominates the Adriatic Sea. Its territory includes two interesting hamlets: Cerasa, the ancient Ceregia, rich in historical sites and Stacciola, feud of the Mauruzi Counts.
TO VISIT
San Costanzo is a town rich in monuments and stately palaces. It is possible to admire the beautiful 'square fountain' (Fontana di piazza), so called 'show fountain' (fontana di mostra) made in 1904 following the construction of the first consortium aqueduct; the Torre Campanaria (bell tower), the church Chiesa Collegiata, the Malatesta walls, the theatre of 'Concordia', S. Augustine's church and Cassi Palace, historic residence and cenacle of literature, now Picture Gallery and Museum at the service of the territory.
EVENTS
The Polenta Festival is one of the most ancient celebrations in Le Marche and it takes place during the first Sunday of Lent and in the last weekened of July.
