This modern holiday apartment in Pula, located in the city center, is on the fourth floor of a newly constructed building. An ideal mixture of elegance and comfort is created by the dark tones of grey and brown on the walls and the carefully selected furniture. The other interior areas such as the living room, bedroom and bathroom stand out due to their modern design. The wooden furnished terrace is beautiful and elegant.
The distance from the property to the beach is 2.7 km and the distance to the centre is 200 metres. The nearest grocery store is 200 meters away from the holiday property. In 200 meters you can reach the surrounding restaurant.

Great Apartment and Good Management

Very nice property - clean and good location. Special Thanks to the Property Manager Denise who was fast to answer all the questions and gave us instructions when needed. Especially appreciated - the possibility to use the garage. Need a bit more instructions how to deal with car lift - otherwise perfect. Strongly recommend for everyone. Nina

Superb

A superb condo situated in a peaceful neighborhood, ideal for city exploration. We spent two weeks here and truly enjoyed the spacious and pristine property. The condo is elegantly decorated with modern amenities and appliances. Abundant closet space is available for unpacking. The comfortable beds and tranquil surroundings ensured restful nights. "Serenity" aptly describes this place. We loved the beautiful balcony where we could sit and enjoy the morning sun. The host was truly wonderful, thoughtful, and accommodating. Communication was perfect before and during our stay. Thank you so much for everything!
