Welcome to this newly built villa in Liznjan, just 1.3 km from the beach. This charming villa offers everything you want to experience during your vacation - relaxation, entertainment by the pool and extensive sunbathing. The property is spread over two floors and the interior is simple, modern and refined. On the first floor there is a kitchen, dining room and living room, while four beautifully furnished bedrooms are waiting for you upstairs. Each bedroom has its own balcony from which you can enjoy the sea view.
From the property to the beach is 1.3 km and the distance to the center is 500 meters. The nearest grocery store is 500 meters away from the vacation property. In 30 meters you can reach the surrounding restaurant.

Very pretty Villa

Nice area with a great beach within walking distance. The villa is very pretty, cosy and clean. The place was exactly the same as the pictures and description. Communication went smoothly, with the host and the agency. The local host was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend the place!
