App D 8 + 2 *** - (cca 105 m2) for 7-10 persons:
second floor family house with a private entrance
and large furnished balcony (16m2) with the view of the sea and a table with 8 chairs,
4 double rooms, spacious living / sleeping area with double sofa bed,
fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, refrigerator, Microwawe, crockery and cutlery, dishwasher,
2 bathrooms with shower / WC and washing machine, towels and bed linen. TV / SAT, air conditioning (5E per day).
The rental price includes: electricity, gas and water, use of
Bed linen and towels, cooking and eating utensils as well as after departure.
On the day of departure, the rooms will be released until 9 o'clock.
Arrival from clock.
When booking, the guest pays the advance of 15% of the total price
of the arrangement on our bank account.

Beautiful seaside view balcony with a table and 8 chairs.
Private garden with outdoor brik barbecue. Price includes spend electricity, water, sheets,
towels, kitchen necessities and cleaning when the guests leave.
On the day of departure please leave the apartment till 9
At reservation guests pay an advance in 15 % of the total price of the arrangement at our bank konto.

In the center there are grocery stores, restaurants, cafe houses, bakers, souvenir shops, shops, tobacconists.
In Novi Vinodolski there are all kinds of beach, pebble beach, sandy beach, rocky beach. On the beach there is also a pool which you can use for free.
One of many excursion options is the National Park Plitvice Lakes which are about hours from the house. The Plitivice Seern National Park is the largest in Croatia and counts as a tourist destination in Croatia.

Super - recommendable
We as a larger group (10 people) had a great holiday. The flat was clean as rarely, the landlords very friendly and helpful. The room layout is advantageous, another bonus the dishwasher and washing machine. The view from the balcony is very nice, but the walk back from the beach difficult for small children.
