It's only a 10-minute drive.

Villa Marija has absolute privacy, pool, barbecue, fenced property, enclosed parking, fully equipped kitchen, living room, bedroom, veranda near the swimming pool, table tennis, additional table for eating or reading under a hundred-year-old tree in the shade.

Villa Marija is situated in a pretty little village Šušnjevica in a quiet environment in the nature, meadows, fields and the mountain Ucka.

Near the villa there is a market (30 m), bar, restaurant (4 km).

Villa Marija is an excellent starting point for tours in Istria, to visit the wine routes, olive groves, medieval towns.

During the summer on the Istrian peninstula there are over 1800 different tourist manifestations and programs that you can visit and enjoy.

Location and surroundings of object

In the foothills of the National Park and Mount Ucka there is a small village called Šušnjevica.
It is a small village with a local church, market, small crowd of people and almost no traffic.
From Šušnjevica to the sea there is only 13 km of wide road, through a beautiful valley, with very little traffic.
The exceptional quiet location is enriched with intact nature, hiking and cycling trails.
Municipality Kršan, among which is Šušnjevica, is a center of the festival of edible wild plants, which are an abundance in the area.
Excellent destination for a rest from the hustle and bustle of city life, and filling with the energy of nature that you will feel for a long time on your mind and body.
