Description
Our charming roof-only house in the Baltic Sea resort of Damp is the ideal holiday home for a relaxing holiday by the Baltic Sea! Only 600m away from the fine sandy, wide Baltic Sea beach, the house offers space for 2 - 4 people and is therefore ideal for couples as well as for family holidays with children. Enjoy the wonderful view of the well-kept garden from the large terrace while sipping a good glass of wine. As the garden is completely fenced, security is ensured so that your children and beloved four-legged friends can romp and play to their heart's content. Also in the outdoor area is a sandbox with moulds and shovels, which is certainly a highlight for our little holiday guests
From the friendly entrance area, you can walk through the hallway directly into the large, bright living room with a comfortable sofa set and an adjoining dining area, from where you can also directly access the sunny terrace. If the weather is not so good, there is also a flat-screen satellite TV, DVD player and free Wi-Fi for media entertainment. Adjacent to the living room is the extensively equipped kitchen, where delicious meals can be prepared. Also on the ground floor is the bathroom with ground-level shower and daylight
After an eventful day between the Schlei and the Baltic Sea, two bedrooms await you on the upper floor: one with a large double bed, another with two single beds
If you want to explore the region with your own bicycles, you can store them safely in the lockable shed. Additional facilities include a washing machine and a baby cot and high chair can be provided on request. You can park your car in a reserved parking space, approx. 90m away.

Our holiday home 'Schmidt's Huus' is located in the middle of the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Damp! In addition to many sports and fun activities such as the water ski park, an adventure pool and the Fun & Sports Centre, Damp offers a dreamlike long and fine sandy Baltic Sea beach and also some wellness facilities. Whether with the whole family or in private, you are guaranteed to spend the best time of the year here - your holiday!

Sehr gemütliches mit liebe eingerichtetes Ferienhaus, gepflegter Garten. Kurze Wege zum Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und dennoch in ruhiger Lage. Sehr freundliche Vermieter.
