The holiday home is located in Heiligenhafen in the Ortmühle district. You live here very quietly and yet quite centrally. The holiday home has its own terrace facing south (not fenced) and a parking space in front of the house.
The 85 sqm of our 4-star holiday home are spread over two floors, with 2 bedrooms on the upper floor (bed linen included), 2 bathrooms on the ground floor and first floor and a living and dining area. The kitchen is on the ground floor and is fully equipped. In the living area you can spend cosy evenings in front of the fireplace. Firewood is not included in the rent.

The natural beach with a beautiful view of the Graswarder peninsula and Fehmarnsund Bridge is approx. 200m away.
Shopping facilities (Famila, Lidl and Aldi) are nearby and can be reached on foot in 5 minutes.
The centre of Heiligenhafen and the harbour are about 2km away and can be reached on foot along the waterfront (car-free). The main bathing beach with dog beach and its beautiful pier can be reached past the harbour after approx.

| For bookings of up to 2 nights, we charge a surcharge of 5€ per night. Rental of the holiday home with only max. one dog. 15€ one-time fee for the dog plus visitor's tax At the moment we have to charge an energy flat rate of 10€/day due to the increased energy prices from November 22 to March 23. As soon as the situation eases again, this will be waived. |
Cancellation terms:
- Der Mieter kann den Mietvertrag bis 60 Tage vor dem vereinbarten Mietbeginn kündigen. Bei der Kündigung ist eine Bearbeitsungsgebühr von 50€ zu leisten. Bei einem späteren Rücktritt ist die gesamte vereinbarte Miete zu zahlen abzüglich 10% Verbrauchskostenerstattung, sofern es nicht gelingt, das Ferienhaus noch anderweitig zu vermieten. (mindestens jedoch die Gebühr von 50€ ) Es wird dem Mieter dringend der Abschluss einer Reiserücktrittversichung empfohlen.
