VIlla Noela is a 2 bedroom charming holiday home, located on the eastern coast of the Istrian peninsula. A private pool is located in a large 2000 sqm green garden. The entire property is fenced, spacious and secure. The surroundings of the villa are fresh Mediterranean trees, lavender and sage. There is a balcony with dining table in the quiet garden.

The interior of the house is beautifully furnished, spacious and with large sunny windows. There are two bedrooms, a living room with a large comfortable sofa and a large flat screen TV, a traditional Istrian fireplace, a bathroom and a well equipped kitchen, all on the ground floor.

Swimming pool, surrounded by 2000 m2 of private meadows just for you, give a unique enjoyment of peace, solitude and comfort. Time with friends and family, sunbathing with swimming pool and barbecue give the feeling of complete relaxation. Warm summer evenings are made to enjoy a glass of quality wine in a romantic atmosphere, while barbecuing and the scent of Mediterranean flora will delight you.
