Great Short Vacation

It was a relaxed short break in a well-equipped apartment. The view from the cozy terrace into the garden was amazing. There was so much to explore. Thanks to Dani and Uli for their hospitality. A special greeting to Luna♥️ Unfortunately, we didn't have room in the car for this great dog on the way back. ?

Very pleasant hosts

The Großmann couple are extremely caring and very friendly hosts. We felt very comfortable on site. The area is ideal for cyclists and dog owners who like to walk with their four-legged friend in the woods and fields, as well as for people seeking tranquility. The Geeste storage reservoir is only 1.5 km away on foot and offers many opportunities (swimming, sailing, surfing). We rented the apartment in the depths of winter and therefore could not use the beautiful garden and quaint terrace. In summer, however, it must be a dream. All necessary shops are available in the village, so self-catering is well taken care of.
And expressly to mention: the internet is absolutely stable!

Kurztripp nach Geeste

For the first time at Daniela and Uli's, we had a wonderful 14-day vacation. From the beginning, we were warmly welcomed. The spacious vacation apartment is equipped with everything you could think of. The large bathroom alone is a dream (shower with wide entry for barrier-free shower experience with handheld and rain shower), and there is also a washing machine and dryer available. What a peaceful place it is at night, the beds all have very good mattresses (YOU SLEEP LIKE A GOD IN FRANCE). The kitchen is also fully equipped, you won't miss anything. The garden is also a dream to look at. In front of the holiday apartment, there is a cozy covered seating area where you can sit in the evenings with a glass of wine. Daniela and Uli are very nice people, and their two dogs Motte and Luna are very loving house pets. The surroundings are very beautiful, lots to do by bike or whatever else. Immer wieder

We love the Emsland and its inhabitants. We have been to Ulli and Daniela's place for the 7th time now and always enjoy coming back. The holiday apartment is spacious, very clean, and furnished for comfort. The garden lounge and the garden itself are a dream where you can relax. Our dogs are just as warmly welcomed as we are, which is very important to us. The hosts are the good souls of the house, who you can always turn to. We have definitely found our holiday home when we are in the Emsland.

Eine Wohlfühloase

The best vacation rental we ever had. A large vacation rental furnished with a lot of passion where nothing was missing. In addition, the covered lounge in the incredibly beautiful garden simply creates a feel-good oasis. The hosts Daniela and Uli are caring, open-minded, helpful, and very friendly. The two dogs, Motte and Luna, are socially compatible, and those who want to are welcome to stroke them for hours. Thanks also to the chickens which delivered fresh eggs to us every day. I just want to say thank you for 2 relaxing weeks, and we'll see each other again.

Beautiful and clean holiday apartment!

We had a beautiful and relaxed 7 days in this lovingly furnished and absolutely clean holiday apartment. The apartment is equipped with everything you could wish for.
The garden is beautiful and lovingly designed. The landlords are very friendly and happy to give tips for exploring the area. The two dogs of the landlords are also absolutely lovely.

Top Urlaub

We had a wonderful, relaxed 10 days in the spacious, beautiful holiday apartment. The apartment is super cozy and offers plenty of space for 5 adults as well. We were warmly welcomed by the hosts, Daniela and Ulli, and could turn to them at any time. In the holiday apartment, one felt like in a second home - nothing was missing. Traumurlaub, tolle, liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung

We felt very comfortable in Daniela's and Ulli's vacation rental. The apartment is very beautiful and lovingly furnished, you miss nothing. We were warmly welcomed upon our arrival and directly shown around the apartment and the fantastic garden. The apartment is cozily furnished, with everything you need, it is wonderfully decorated with a lot of love and absolutely clean. In the spacious bathroom, there is a large walk-in shower with a rain shower and an additional showerhead. The toilet is separated by a wall, and there is a washing machine and dryer available. The beds all have very good mattresses, providing heavenly sleep. The beautifully decorated garden is a dream with large trees, a soothing stream, and a cozy covered seating/lounge area that we greatly enjoyed. The handsome rooster with his four hens completes the picture, we could enjoy freshly laid eggs for breakfast. The weather was unfortunately too cold for the pool, which we would have otherwise liked to use. Motte and Luna, the house dogs, are very kind and sociable, they got along great with our dog. Daniela and Ulli are very nice, always ready for an engaging conversation if desired, and strive to fulfill every wish of the guests. The reservoir is not far away and can be easily surrounded on foot or by bicycle. The forest adjacent to the residential area also invites for walks.
We can absolutely recommend the vacation rental (even in times of Corona).
We have already booked our next vacation with Daniela and Ulli and are looking forward to returning.

We defy the rain, the storm, the cold.

We stayed for 5 days at Daniela and Uli's spacious and very tastefully decorated holiday apartment. We were warmly welcomed. Daniela immediately took us through the large garden (looks like a fairy tale forest) with a rooster and three chickens. The apartment features a built-in ground-level rain shower and box spring beds. Everything is provided in the new kitchen. The forest is nearby. It takes half an hour on foot to reach the reservoir. For shopping, you drive to Darum (3km). All supermarkets together and Rossmann, as well as the beverage market.
Their 2 dogs, Oldi Motte and the young Luna, are trusting. It's just a shame that we couldn't use the garden with the pool, hammock, and deck chairs due to the rainy and cool weather. That's why we'll come back to have more long conversations on the covered terrace with Uli and Daniela. We arrived as strangers and left as friends! Thank you very much for everything! See you soon! Great apartment, great hosts.

Great cozy holiday apartment in a quiet central location. We thoroughly enjoyed the covered terrace and the winter garden, both overlooking the lovingly decorated garden. The hosts Dani and Ulli were very nice and always had a sightseeing tip ready. Of course, a highlight is Motte, the house and yard dog. Thanks for a lovely week and we would love to come back. Urlaub und Erholung pur

We spent 4 days in the beautiful and very lovingly furnished vacation apartment. Nothing was missing. The hosts welcomed us very kindly and we felt very comfortable right from the start. Now we visited Daniela and Ulli in their beautiful vacation home for the second time. There were five of us and we had a wonderful time. We also enjoyed the wooden cabin with its lovely interior. Super

We had a wonderful and relaxing holiday, we were warmly welcomed by the hosts. The apartment is very clean and comfortably furnished, you can see how lovingly everything fits together, with many small details – the hostess put a lot of effort into it. The terrace is so cozy, you don't even want to get up, with a great view of the lovingly designed garden with waterways and fountains, a pool that you can use, you don't want to leave. Just not typical, everything is alive, has a face, so you also enjoy staying on the terrace and relaxing. The hosts take a lot of time for their guests, if desired, otherwise you can also enjoy it all alone. For us, it was a great vacation, even our Lissy felt comfortable and found a totally relaxed and balanced canine friend in Motte, our host's dog. We will definitely come back. Thank you for having us.

Beautiful spontaneous short trip to the Moselle.

Thank you very much again to the super nice Daniela and Ulli for their hospitality. The holiday home was very beautiful, nothing was missing. The lounge is well furnished and it is possible to use the pool. Perfect for quiet barbecue evenings and relaxation. We can definitely recommend the holiday home.

Short trip due to a triathlon.

We stayed at Daniela and Uli's place for two days on the last weekend of June this year. From the moment we booked, they were very accommodating as we only had two days off and wanted to stay for just one night. If we had known how comfortable we would feel with our little daughter in the apartment and garden, and how friendly and accommodating the hosts are, we would have planned for a longer weekend from the start. From there:
We will gladly come back, and then preferably for a bit longer, if possible. This way, we might have some time to explore the area and participate in a few activities in the surrounding area besides the sporting event that will certainly bring us back to Geeste.
