Description
The holiday home is equipped with a modern bathroom with large shower, washbasin, washing machine and central heating including underfloor heating (seasonal).
A large open kitchen area with modern equipment such as an induction cooker with exhaust hood, a dishwasher and a combined baking and microwave leaves nothing to be desired. Standard appliances such as refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, coffee machine, egg boiler, bread slicer, blender or electric kettle as well as cookware, utensils and cutlery are of course part of the equipment.
The living area is equipped with two large TV armchairs with motor-driven adjustable refinements incl. standing aid, an electric fireplace with heating function and a DAB radio and a large flat screen with SAT connection.
On the ground there is a separate area with a grill, a place for bikes, a parking space for the car which can be used. Sufficient seating / relaxation possibilities are also available.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is situated on a 1000sqm property together with a family house where we, Kathi+Jens, live.
Shopping facilities like bakery, supermarket and drinks market are 5 minutes walk away. An Italian restaurant (around the corner), a Greek or German restaurant are in the village.
By bike or on foot you can visit the lakes and the walking paths.
The following beautiful destinations are nearby:
- The Berlin city centre can be easily reached by public transport in 30-40 minutes.
- a bicycle rental is nearby
- The Müggelsee with a large public swimming area can be reached by bike in about 15 minutes.
- The Woltersdorfer Schleuse including the beach promenade with steamer mooring and boat rental can be reached by tram (directly in front of the property) in 10 minutes.
- The thermal spa in Bad-Saarow is only 30 minutes away by car.
- The nearby Spreewald with its numerous possibilities (boat trips, kayak tours ...) is also very well accessible.

Top furnished and ideally located
The holiday apartment is very well furnished, we were positively surprised. Clearly, great importance is placed on sustainability and modern (electrical) appliances, which we liked a lot. The landlords are very relaxed and welcomed us warmly.
The location is excellent, it is very easy to get to Berlin and the surrounding area.
Conclusion: Even though we were only there for three nights (short vacation), we really enjoyed it.

A highly recommended accommodation.
The holiday home is located on a very well-kept property, very quiet and in the middle of nature. The historic tram stops at the front door, which goes to the S-Bahn station. There are three lakes and a lot of forest in the village. Ideal for long walks and bike rides.
Everything you need is available in the holiday home. It is really ideal for rest and relaxation.
We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back again.

Always a pleasure
The vacation apartment itself is lovingly furnished down to the smallest detail. We simply didn't miss anything. You can only feel comfortable. A big compliment to the nice landlords. The location to the nearby city and at the same time to nature is ingenious. Cyclists, hikers or culture, all easily doable. You can design your vacation very varied.

Best vacation apartment ever.
As always, everything was perfect. Had a great time with everyone I needed. I spent a lot of time cycling and still haven't seen everything. I was also successful in fishing. Nothing was missing. The accommodation is perfectly equipped from the mega oven to the dishwasher. Everything I needed for cooking was there. I will definitely come back. The landlords are so nice and always ready for small talk. They make me feel like part of the family. Next May is as good as booked.

Well-designed flat
The flat has everything you need. We were very, very positively impressed and will gladly come again. There is a good connection with the small train (tram) to Rahnsdorf to the S-Bahn station and then further into the city of Berlin or you can make bike tours into the green of the wonderful quiet surroundings.

everything top - always gladly again
The holiday home is quietly located on the outskirts of Berlin. The tram stops less than 3 min. You can reach the Alex in less than an hour by tram, which stops less than a 3-minute walk away. We explored the surroundings with e-bikes. Charging facilities with lockable storage are available. The accommodation is modern and comfortably furnished. We didn't want for anything.

Cosy well equipped house
We didn't want for anything. The landlords were always obliging and asked almost daily if everything was OK and if we needed anything else. Everything was clean and tidy. The flat was equipped to an exceptionally high standard. Only the various fragrance dispensers in the flat were a bit too much of a good thing. Four in total plus strong smelling bed linen. If you don't mind that, you will enjoy it very much. Otherwise, you can just leave them outside the door.
It is close to the lake by tram, bike and car, the Italian next door is very good!
We will recommend the accommodation to others.

Wunschlos glücklich und zufrieden
Wir haben uns in dieser Ferienwohnung sehr wohlgefühlt, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Sie ist liebevoll gemütlich und umsichtig eingerichtet. Die Lage dieser Wohnung war für uns als Fahrradfahrer und Kulturinteressierte sehr ansprechend, da man beides wunderbar kombinieren kann. Mit der Strassenbahn als Zubringer ist man imnu am S-Bahnhof, und somit an die Großstadt angebunden. Wunderbare Radwege gibt es in alle Richtungen. Einkaufsmögkichkeiten sind auch in der Nähe, also sehr empfehlenswert, auch für Gäste ohne Auto.

Spitzenklasse
Wir waren vom 29.12.2019-01.01.2019 im kaje-Ferienhaus-Woltersdorf. Spitzenmäßig, so ein Komfor und Freundlichkeit der Gastgeber ist einfach mit nichts zu toppen. Alles auf die neuste Technik, sowie die gesamte Ausstattung ein Traum . Wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt . Haben einen richtigen schönen Jahreswechsel gehabt. Und wir haben uns vorgenommen auch mal dort hinzufahren, wenn die Sonne etwas höher steht, denn dort gibt es viel per Fuß, Rad, Strassenbahn, und Auto zu erkunden. Ja, es war bis jetzt der schönste Kurzurlaub den wir hatten und wir haben schon viel andere kennengelernt. Wir wünschen der Familie noch viele zufriedene Gäste vor allen aber selbst viel Gesundheit. Schöner Urlaub
Wir hatten hier einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Die Ferienwohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen, es ist alles vorhanden.
Die öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung ist auch sehr gut. Hier wird kein Auto unbedingt benötigt .
Die Gastgeber sind auch sehr freundlich .
Ich kann diesen schönen Ort nur weiter empfehlen.

Ich war bei der Familie Schröter für längere Zeit zur Miete.
Ich kann während meines Aufenthaltes nur positives berichten.
Solche freundliche, hilfsbereite und nette Vermieter muss man erst mal finden.
Ich hatte das Glück. Mir fehlte es an gar nichts und war rundum zufrieden.
Das wunderschöne Ferienhaus ist TOP ausgestattet, bietet alles was man braucht und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Nur zum empfehlen und gerne wieder.
