For groups of more than 5-6 people (including children), the price for each house must be calculated separately. We do not have houses for, for example, 10 people. For group accommodations, please indicate the number of houses that need to be billed separately.
During the summer holiday period from 20.06. to 29.08.2026, we rent our houses for weekly stays or multiples thereof, arrivals on Saturdays and departures on Saturdays.
We offer you comfortable, modern, insulated holiday houses, built in 2015, with an area of 45m2. The house consists of 3 rooms.
Living room with a double sofa bed. Table with 4 chairs, LED 32" TV.
Kitchenette in the living room with basic equipment, including coffee and dining dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, cutting board, pan, kettle, 2-burner electric stove, and refrigerator.
Two bedrooms, the larger with a double bed (width 140 cm) and the smaller with two separate beds (2 x 80 cm wide). Bed linen in the bedroom.
Bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet. (We do not provide towels). Large recreation area, playground, swings, sandbox, grill, trampoline, small and large bicycles available.
Each house has a large, comfortable, covered terrace (1.7 x 6 m), with a table and 4 chairs, beach equipment, and a clothes dryer.
- Free Wi-Fi on the premises.
- Free parking, the area is fenced, monitored, and closed at night.
- Barbecue area and banquet tables. - Between the houses there is the possibility to park and lock bicycles, the gate is lockable.
- Near AQUAPARK, open-air fitness studio, cycle paths, horse breeding.
In one summer house we can accommodate a maximum of 5 adults (a fifth person on a sofa bed in the living room) or 4 adults + 2 children (children on a sofa bed in the living room).

Location and surroundings of object
The complex of 13 cottages is located approx. 12 min. on foot from the sea, approx. 750 m. Situated on an area of 2500m2, in a quiet area, where, away from the tourist noise, you can rest comfortably in the morning listening to the morning singing of birds and commune with nature. There is horse breeding next to our center so our guests can observe grazing horses approaching our fence. This is a great attraction especially for children. Not far (about 400 m) there is AQAPARK - a water park, where even on cloudy days you can actively relax, using water games, saunas, swimming pools, slides both inside and outside the facility. In Ustronie Morskie there are several recreational complexes, sports facilities, a newly built euroco, an outdoor gym, bicycle paths that can be visited by the whole nearby coast, and even along the beach to Kołobrzeg or Mielno. In Ustronie Morskie there is also a fishing harbor. Near our resort there is a number of catering facilities, where you can buy full board. There are network supermarkets and a small estate shop nearby.

| WE'RE BIDDING. During the summer holidays we rent holiday homes for stays of 1 week or 2 weeks from Saturday or sunny day. Other days of arrival only if such a possibility exists or outside the summer holiday period (July - August). Additional visitor's tax 0,60- € pto day, per 1 person WE'RE BIDDING. BOOKING, 3 MONTHS AGO. From 2 weeks stay. We RECOMMEND 5% NACHLAS, PREVIOUS RESERVATION Reservations during the whole season. |
Cancellation terms:
You will receive a half refund of the booking deposit minus the cancellation fee (50, - €) if you cancel your reservation at least 60 days before the planned date of arrival by 12:00 noon Central European time. Cancellations made less than 60 days before the planned date of arrival, are not refundable.
