Description

The holiday home is comfortably furnished. The hallway leads into the living room where there is a comfortable seating area and a nice dining area. Flat screen TV is available. A radio/CD player is also part of the equipment. A beautiful conservatory with a view of the garden completes the living area. A wood-burning stove in the conservatory rounds off the furnishings and spreads a cosy atmosphere
From the living room you enter the kitchen. The kitchen is newly furnished. Plenty of crockery and cooking utensils are available. Dishwasher and washing machine are available. Toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle are also part of the equipment.
On the other side of the corridor you reach the bathroom and the bedrooms. One bedroom with double bed and 2nd TV, 1 bedroom with bunk beds. Bathroom with WC, washbasin and shower.
The holiday home has a large terrace and a beautiful garden, garden furniture and barbecue are available.
Near the house you will find the car parking space belonging to the house.

From the day of departure or if the trip is not commenced, 90% of the travel price. The tenant is allowed to prove that the landlord has suffered less damage. The cancellation fees would be reduced accordingly.

Very nice!

We felt very comfortable in this cozy house and had two great vacation weeks. Everything we needed was available. Unlike some other holiday homes, there was plenty of dishes, glasses, etc. This was truly a clean and tidy accommodation with a beautiful garden. A pleasant place all around.

Vacation in a holiday home in Damp

Repeatedly, we were guests in a holiday home of the landlord in Damp and for the second time in this house. The house itself, with cozy furnishings, a conservatory with a fireplace, a terrace with an awning, and a beautiful fenced garden leaves nothing to be desired. You enter and feel at home. We found everything very clean.

We can recommend the house without reservation.

Within walking distance, there are supermarkets, restaurants, leisure facilities, as well as action and dog beaches. The marina is currently closed due to last year's storm surge. The municipality is working hard to reopen it as soon as possible. The first boats were launched during our stay.

Eckernförde, for example, can be easily reached by public transport without a car. Many destinations such as Kappeln, Arnis, etc. are also easily reachable on foot due to well-developed cycle paths. In the house and in the shed, you will find board games and toys for the children for the beach. Nothing is missing otherwise. A fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, and sufficient crockery. We also found spices and coffee powder. There is also a small wall safe for valuables. All in all, it doesn't get much better than this. Our holiday was rounded off by the fantastic weather at the Baltic Sea during our stay.

Very nice house

A great, clean house !!! Everything you need was there. Very lovingly furnished.
I already miss the TV armchair ;-). There are no negative things.

Just what you want!!!

We were just thrilled with this great holiday home and had great days in Damp. The house of the Marten family is well maintained and very clean. The equipment is more than complete and whatever you need - it's there! Simply great! The entire communication went absolutely smoothly and it was a very nice contact.
We can recommend this beautiful holiday home without reservation.

Beautiful house but---

Very nice holiday home.
Furnished with a lot of love.
But the cleanliness was catastrophic.
Food remnants on the doors- at the toilet still remnants from the previous tenants- also on the tiles.
On the tablecloth on the dining table there were still food residues. Floors neither vacuumed nor damp-wiped.
Most of all, the kitchen, everything was sticky and dirt everywhere in the drawers, fridge and microwave with food residues.
Landlord was on-site. Response. It's a pity that our house does not meet your cleanliness standards. I had the feeling that before, the tenant cleaned here but not a cleaning lady when a tenant leaves the house. Very, very unfortunate for this great house. We are certainly not sensitive, but that was borderline. Disappointing that the landlord accepted everything like that.

Die behauptete unzulängliche Sauberkeit im Haus ist so nicht gegeben. Der Mieter hat dem Vermieter keine Gelegenheit zu einer ggf. notwendigen Nachbesserung gegeben. Aus Kulanzgründen ist dem Mieter ein Preisnachlass eingeräumt worden, der auch angenommen wurde.
Wir bedauern das sich die Mieter in unserem Ferienhaus nicht wohlgefühlt haben
Die bisherigen Bewertungen und die Einträge in unseren Gästebüchern sprechen hinsichtlich der Ausstattung und Sauberkeit des Hauses für sich.
Selbstverständlich werden wir nach Mietende den angesprochenen Punkten nochmals intensiv nachgehen und ggf. Abhilfe schaffen. Wir wollen das alle Gäste in unserem Ferienhaus einen zufriedenen Urlaub verbringen können.
Eventuell haben Hinweise des Vermieters an den Mieter zu einem bewussten Umgang mit den Heizungsressourcen im Haus, die wir auf Grund der Energieknappheit und Preisentwicklung für angemessen erachten, zu einer deutlich überzogenen negativen Bewertung geführt. Bitten die Temperatureinstellungen von durchgängig 25 Grad C ohne Absenkung etwas herunterzuregeln sind vom Mieter vollständig ignoriert worden.

A great little house

Very nice holiday home with super facilities

The 333 is a very nice and modern holiday home - everything has been thought of. The kitchen equipment is very good. It is perfect for children - there are even a few games available, there are some beach toys in the shed. By separating the winter garden - with fireplace - from the living room, parents can retreat in the evenings. Damp is also nice for a family holiday - the location of the house is a short walk to the beach and therefore also to the promenade with many playgrounds, shops and restaurants.

Lieblingsort

We have been spending our summer vacations in Damp for 8 years now. Whether with children or without, there is something for everyone here. Even after such a long time, we always feel comfortable in the Marten family's holiday home. It is a very tastefully furnished holiday home that is clean and well-maintained. You don't have to miss out on anything. Games for the kids, iron, hairdryer, Tassimo coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine. Everything is there, and new purchases are made every year. A visit to the North Sea in less than 2 hours is definitely recommended. We also enjoy exploring the surrounding area by bike and relishing the calmness of the people here in the North.
