Our 2016 newly built house is situated in a quiet south-facing slope on the sunny balcony Bartholomaeberg at 1100m, with a wonderful view of the Montafon mountains.
They live quietly but still very central.
In only 800m you are already in the centre of the village, where there is a grocery store, a restaurant, a children's playground and a bus stop.
Only a few meters away from the apartment there are beautiful hiking and walking paths. From the apartment you can directly access wonderful winter hiking trails and snowshoe routes.
The skiing areas are reachable in 10 minutes by car.

Beautiful, tidy accommodation in a lovely location.
Accommodation has a nice location. The apartment looks neat and clean. Nice that there's also a washing machine available. We had another wonderful week in this apartment.

Super nice vacation
The vacation rental is beautiful, everything is clean. The view from the living room and the terrace is spectacular, I already miss the beautiful mountains. The landlord family is very nice, kind, and helpful. The hiking trails are right outside the door, we didn't have small children with us but we noticed that there is a lot to do with children. The vacation rental is wheelchair accessible, actually without a single step. We will definitely come back at the next opportunity, it was simply very nice. Best regards, Tatjana, Günter, and Luis.

Clean, modern holiday flat
Three of us (with child) stayed in the holiday flat for a week and were very satisfied. Sabine was an excellent host, friendly and helpful. The flat is equipped with everything you usually need and is in very good condition. The view of the valley is priceless. It is pleasantly quiet and yet you are never really long in the car if you want to be in the area (Silvrettastraße, Schruns, Golmberg, Brandnertal etc. each about 30 minutes).
We can imagine coming back again.

Very nice holiday flat
We found a large, newly equipped, great holiday flat. Very nice landlords live above it. Wonderful view of the mountains opposite. The Montafon is a very beautiful valley with many sights and many mountain railways. Highly recommended!
