DREAM VACATION!

We had two great holiday weeks here. The house matches the description. Everything you need is available. It is a semi-detached house. The landlord is very helpful. We tried many of his tips and recommendations. He is accessible at any time and is immediately there when you need him. We went swimming with the dogs at the beach he recommended and took a nice hike through the nature reserve. The city center and the beach promenade can be reached on foot or by bike in a few minutes. From Follonica, you can also quickly get to Siena or Pisa (about 90 minutes of travel time), and there is also a lot to explore in the immediate hinterland. We will definitely come back.

Very nice house-Gates are fenced-parking possible on the property-The house is well equipped-the beach and the centre are within easy walking distance-optimal care by the landlord-thanks to Nicola for your help and support!!!

Actually, I don't really want to give a good review, I want it to remain a secret tip so that we can definitely book again next summer! :)
What a great vacation! The landlord is always available, sometimes it was really uncomfortable for us to ask for advice (best pizzeria?, best beach? etc.), but we accepted Mr. Ferini's offer to contact him immediately with any questions!
And the best part: We forgot an important gift in Massa Marittima, who will send it to us in Germany? Of course.....!!!!
The only thing that slightly spoiled the peace in the garden in the evening was the adjacent supermarket - air conditioning rotors - but that's a minor annoyance, as the house has great windows, so you can't hear any street noise at night.
We would love to come back!

Beach holiday with dog

Clean property, beautiful garden, everything with a fence (so we could let our dog run on the property) - metal gates with a lock. We also appreciated that the car could be parked inside the fence. Air conditioning in the house was very pleasant. Shopping possibilities within walking distance perfect. Center and beach easily reachable on foot with a walk (10 minutes). Nice and very helpful host, also asked several times - very pleasant and gladly again.

Wonderful vacation in Follonica

This house was perfect for our needs. It was roomy and cool with good air conditioning. The beds were comfortable and the house was very quiet for good sleeping. The outdoor area was great for the 10 and 4 year old children with us. We cooked many meals there and had everything we needed in the kitchen. There are 3 really nice grocery stores within easy walking(one is less than a block away). There is a parking spot inside the gated yard. We walked from the house to the beach many times. It is a bit of a walk but we made it just fine. We loved Follonica and it’s beach. Our host, Nik, was so nice and helpful. He gave us many good suggestions about where to go and what to see. When my granddaughter needed a doctor for an ear issue, he told us exactly where to go and then checked in with us later to make sure she got the help she needed. I would recommend this house to anyone, especially a family looking for a lovely place to spend a vacation.

Feel good wanted

Our hosts perfectly implemented the motto mentioned above. The apartment was clean and superbly equipped. Nothing was missing! The hosts were very helpful and friendly. The apartment is located in a residential area from which you can easily reach the center and the beach of Follonica on foot. Very pleasant! A tip: In the bedroom upstairs, you can hear the delivery staff of the adjacent supermarket in the morning. Therefore, if possible, use the quieter bedroom on the ground floor. Nevertheless, we really enjoyed our stay. We can highly recommend the apartment and would book there again anytime! Many thanks to the host Nicola!
