Description

Welcome to the Schätzchen holiday home on the beautiful Baltic Sea island of Usedom
In furnishing the house, we have paid special attention to high-quality and comfortable furnishings while at the same time making it child- and family-friendly.

The holiday home extends over approx. 150 m² of living space and comfortably accommodates 6 people.

On the ground floor is the generously proportioned, light-flooded living/dining area with wood-burning stove and adjoining small conservatory. Modern media such as flat-screen TV, stereo system, DVD player and internet are of course part of the equipment of the holiday home. Separated from the living area is the modern and extensively equipped kitchen with direct access to the large sun terrace. A spacious and well-equipped bathroom with shower at ground level (90 x 120 cm) and a utility room with washing machine and dryer complete the ground floor.

There are 3 bedrooms on the upper floor: 2 bedrooms are each equipped with a comfortable double bed measuring 200 cm x 180 cm, the third bedroom has two single beds. One bedroom also has a flat-screen TV. The bathroom on the upper floor is equipped with a bathtub, shower with a flat shower tray, WC, bidet and washbasin.

In the attic, there is a well-equipped, large playroom for the little ones.

Location and surroundings of object

Our holiday home is located in the Baltic seaside resort of Zinnowitz in the direct vicinity of the coastal forest and about 400 metres from the wide, white and fine-sand Baltic beach. The town centre with various shopping facilities and gastronomic offers as well as the railway station, the cinema, the theatre and the Bernsteintherme are also within walking distance
Various playgrounds, a miniature golf course and a well-stocked bicycle rental shop are also just a few minutes' walk away

additional information about rental price:

During the season (Easter holidays until the end of October), the arrival and departure day is Saturday. The visitor's tax is based on the scale of charges of the seaside resort of Zinnowitz and is invoiced by us for the spa administration. The visitor's tax is charged per person from the age of 17.
