"The Pirate's Nest" in Villa Südstrand is a child-friendly and allergy-friendly holiday flat of approximately 75m² in size. It is a non-smoking flat where pets are not allowed. The flat has laminate flooring throughout and is furnished to a very high standard
An outside staircase leads to the large roof terrace and from there directly to the holiday flat. The separate kitchen has a complete kitchenette with dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, oven and cooker with ceramic hobs. There is also a microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. And if you want to cook yourself on holiday, there is a large selection of crockery and kitchen utensils ready for you. The sitting area with table radio makes the sunny kitchen a welcome meeting place, not only at mealtimes.
You reach the other rooms via a small hallway, where you will find the wardrobe with bench.
The flat has two bedrooms. In the bright master bedroom with double bed, there is enough space to accommodate a cot if required.
In the second bedroom, which you reach from the living room via a staircase, there are two single beds. This attic has a large panoramic window with a beautiful view over the dunes to the sea
The spacious living room is furnished with an inviting and comfortable sofa corner, flat screen TV (SAT reception), DVD and CD player.
The spacious bathroom is equipped with a shower, WC and washbasin
For your comfort, there is also a separate guest WC and an additional washbasin in the master bedroom.
On the over 20m² furnished roof terrace you can end the holiday day.

You can travel by ferry or catamaran from Emden or from Emshaven (Netherlands).

The booking of the Pirate's Nest does not necessarily have to be made on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday. Arrival and departure is possible on any day of the week. However, please note the information on the minimum rental period!
