It has a living area of 185 m². Cozy indoor area with fireplace in the living room with TV with satellite channels and WiFi. Connected to a large dining room. Fully equipped kitchen.

In total there are 3 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2x2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms with shower. A bedroom and a bathroom are on the ground floor, the rest upstairs. All the bedrooms have air conditioning.

This beautiful finca has a 5x10 ,meter swimming pool so that you can refresh yourself on hot summer days, a barbecue and a wonderfully maintained landscaped outdoor area.

IMPORTANT:

- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge a tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.

- Electricity included.

- A refundable deposit is charged.

- Parties are not allowed.

- Firewood for the fireplace optional, cost according to consumption.
